Welcome to IdentiSecure, an identity threat detection and response platform powered by AI and integrated with Microsoft 365. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the IdentiSecure app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional guidelines and future modifications. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

IdentiSecure provides users and organizations with:

• Identity threat monitoring and risk detection
   
• Integration with Microsoft 365 via Microsoft Graph API
   
• Real-time alerts, incident responses, and automated actions
   
• Subscription-based access with usage-based session tracking
   

To use IdentiSecure, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
   
• All activity under your account
   

Admins may assign different roles (e.g., technician, super admin) which determine feature access and control.

By connecting your Microsoft 365 account, you authorize IdentiSecure to:

• Access security-related user data
   
• Read sign-in logs, risky user data, and related identity events
   
• Execute automated responses where applicable (e.g., MFA reset, sign-out)
   

We do not access your email content, files, or other unrelated data.

All Microsoft data is handled in accordance with Microsoft Graph API permissions and your organization’s consent.

IdentiSecure complies with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). We:

• Collect and store user login data, risk events, and session activity
   
• Encrypt sensitive data at rest and in transit
   
• Never sell or share user data with third parties

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or malicious purposes
   
• Attempt to access another user’s account
   
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
   

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features dependent on Microsoft 365 availability or API access may occasionally be delayed or limited.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months. To downgrade or switch plans, changes will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

IdentiSecure is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from unauthorized access
   
• Microsoft 365 integration errors
   
• Downtime or third-party service interruptions
   

Use of the service is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or app notification. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
